Reports & analytics

Monograph turns the time, expenses, and invoices your team logs into reports about profit, utilization, and cash flow. This page is the map — where reports live, who can see them, and which one to reach for.

  • Analytics (left menu) — firm-level analytics: Profit, Profit Forecast, Profit Drivers, Utilization Rate, Realization Rate.
  • Money (left menu) — financial statements: Accounts Receivable, Payments, Taxes, plus the Unbilled report.
  • A specific project — the Project Profit and Project Financials reports live in a project’s sub-menu.

Reports are admin-only by default. Two permissions open them up:

  • View Financial Reports — Profit, Profit Forecast, Profit Drivers, Payroll, Projects, and the Money reports (AR, Payments, Taxes).
  • View Team Reports — Utilization Rate, Realization Rate, Team Activity, Team Forecast, and Expenses.

Most reports share the same pattern: pick a date range, apply filters, and Export to CSV (many email the file to you). The Export → All Transactions option on the Money reports is built for accountants — it lays out debit/credit journal entries to reconcile or import elsewhere.
