Financial reports
These three reports live under Money and give your bookkeeper the numbers they need. All require View Financial Reports, and each offers an Export → All Transactions option that outputs debit/credit journal entries for reconciliation.
Accounts Receivable
Section titled “Accounts Receivable”Money → Accounts Receivable. Every open and past-due invoice — what clients still owe you — with project number, project and client name, due date, status, and amount, plus a running Total Amount for the selected date range.
Use it before month-end to see everything still available to collect. Export the AR summary, or All Transactions for the full invoice-level ledger.
Payments
Section titled “Payments”Money → Payments. Every payment received in a time frame — whether marked paid manually or automatically via Monograph Payments. Filter by payment method, sort by column, and export the summary or the transaction ledger.
Money → Taxes. A summary of all taxes collected on Monograph invoices for the date range. It only shows data if you’re applying taxes to invoices.
