Company & regional settings

These settings live under Settings → Organization. They control how your firm appears to clients and set the baseline numbers Monograph uses to calculate cost and profit.

Your logo, firm name, phone, website, and address appear on client-facing communications like invoices. To update them, go to Settings → Organization → Company Info, click Edit, make your changes, and click Save.

Set the sender name and reply-to address used for invoice and payment emails, so messages come from a name your clients recognize and their replies reach the right inbox.

Set your timezone, locale, currency, and unit of measurement (feet or meters). These affect how dates, money, and measurements display across your account.

A few Organization settings feed directly into Monograph’s cost and performance calculations. Getting them right makes your reports accurate.

Set your firm’s overhead multiplier under Overhead Costs. This factors your indirect costs (rent, software, non-billable time, and other fixed expenses) into profit forecasting and cost reports, so profit reflects the true cost of running the firm — not just direct labor.

Set your firm’s average working hours per year. Combined with each person’s compensation, this is how Monograph derives an hourly cost rate — the foundation for cost and profit across projects.

Set default weekly hours for new team members and the percentage of time you expect to be billable. These targets drive the Utilization and Realization reports and can be overridden per person on their profile.
