Calendar & integrations
Keep key project dates in front of you by syncing Monograph with your calendar, and connect your Google or Microsoft 365 account to pull client events, email, and smart suggestions into Monograph. These are per-user connections — each person sets up their own, no admin action required.
Calendar sync (any calendar)
Section titled “Calendar sync (any calendar)”A one-time calendar subscription pushes your key dates from followed projects into the calendar you already use. After setup, changes flow one way (Monograph → your calendar) automatically as dates shift or new ones are added. What syncs:
- Phase start and end dates
- Milestone due dates
- Assigned deliverable due dates (the event description shows a “# / # deliverables complete” count and links back to Monograph; a
[Completed]tag appears once finished)
-
Go to Staff → Team → Directory and click your name to open your profile.
-
Scroll to Calendar sync and copy your personal URL.
-
Add it to your calendar app as a subscription from a URL (see below).
Apple Calendar: Choose File → New Calendar Subscription, paste your URL, and adjust the name/settings.
Google Calendar: In the left sidebar, click + next to Other calendars → From URL, paste your URL, and click Add calendar.
Outlook: On the Home tab, choose Add Calendar → From Internet, paste your URL, click OK, then Yes to subscribe to updates.
Google & Microsoft 365 account sync
Section titled “Google & Microsoft 365 account sync”Connecting your full account (rather than just the calendar subscription above) unlocks two-way client-event visibility, Smart Time Suggestions, and email capture into the Smart Inbox.
-
Go to Staff → Directory, open your profile, and select the Integrations tab.
-
Click Connect next to Google Account or Microsoft 365 Account.
-
Sign in and grant Monograph permission to sync your calendar (and email, where offered).
-
Choose which calendar should display client events, or create a new one.
Once connected, upcoming client events show on the Client Hub and Consultant Hub, and past events appear in the Activity Log. Enable Auto-capture emails (or install the Gmail add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace) to route messages into the Smart Inbox, where Monograph turns them into action items. You can disconnect or reconnect from the Integrations tab at any time.
